HEIGHTS HOUSE PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING WEDDING SERVICES

A 500 square foot, two room suite with incredible natural light for the wedding party to get ready

A 400 square foot lower level lounge, with windows for natural light, as well as a tv and stocked mini fridge for wedding party to get ready

Farewell Brunch Location and extended property use

Accommodations (nine rooms, sleeps 20, includes upscale continental breakfast)

Alcoholic beverages

HELPFUL ADDITIONAL WEDDING RENTAL INFORMATION

 

Due to ABC permits and regulations, no off-site alcohol is permitted onsite at any time and must be purchased through Heights House. Heights House offers a variety of bar packages. We have a custom bar, made by Tactile, in our parlor.

We have an onsite commercial kitchen. Most venues only have warming kitchens so all food is cooked offsite. This means all your food is prepared fresh onsite!

Heights House is not eligible for an outdoor amplified entertainment permit because the site is not located within a hospitality district or within 300 feet of a thoroughfare. Therefore, any amplified (connected to a sound system) live music or DJ must be inside the house. You may have acoustic live music outside for a ceremony, cocktail hour and/or dinner.

Event maximum capacity is 149. However, our suggested guest count for a comfortable event at our property is up to 100.  We do have the right to hold up to three events per year with over 150 people and with outdoor amplified music. Please reach out to management for pricing and additional details if you’re interested in a larger event.  

All events must end by 11:00pm on Friday and Saturdays and 10:00pm Sunday - Thursday.
